About Collegiate Advantage Partners
Company History
Jackson and Luke have been business partners since the summer of 2020. That summer they started an innocent neighborhood mowing operation to save money for gym equipment together and grew it into a regional enterprise selling multiple 4 figure contracts and employing 8 landscapers during our final summer in 2024. This year, we wanted to do something a little more ambitious and career applicable as we get closer to graduating college.
The Idea
Collegiate Advantage Partners began in 2025 as a simple idea among a small group of university students in the Washington DC region. We saw that many privately held businesses needed affordable, data driven support but could not justify the cost or rigidity of larger consulting firms. Because of this, University students who have grown up with social media and AI are excelling in consulting and software projects with the University consulting clubs. CAP is dreaming big by leveraging our campus connections creating a flexible network of students from leading programs in business, STEM, liberal arts, and visual arts. What started as a handful of personal and club projects is becoming a growing portfolio of paid engagements with businesses across the DMV.
Our Mission
To give local business owners clear, numbers backed insight at a price that respects their budget and a pace that respects their time. We translate information into practical steps so founders can operate more smoothly today and plan confidently for tomorrow.
Core Values
- Clarity. Speak plainly, show the numbers, and leave no one guessing.
- Resourcefulness. Find solutions that fit the client’s reality, not an abstract ideal.
- Respect. Honor the legacy of each business and the people who built it.
- Integrity. Deliver on promises and own the outcomes with transparency.
